From this journal, It have 2 aspect I think it can be looking bad for teacher career. However it make a new look of teacher. Bad aspect it can be why does to take exam for career licence.
May be it not make sense if you graduate from any institute like science,engineering,medical or lawyer. They can teach in their know. In the good aspect it might be upgrading standard of career. In addition it can be steady standard. Finally, they must asking teacher want to taking exam again?
